Welcome to Keycap Cats (the "Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Game, provided by Coderbara Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may optionally link a Google account to back up your progress (tickets, costumes, best score). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your account.
The Game may display advertising provided by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). Some ads are optional and reward you with Virtual Items when watched voluntarily. We do not control the content of third-party ads.

The original content of the Game — including the cat characters, illustrations, the "Keycap Cats" name and logo, user interface, and source code — is created by Coderbara Tech and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of this original content without our prior written permission.
The Game uses third-party assets under their respective licenses (e.g. the Luckiest Guy font under the SIL Open Font License; audio assets sourced from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License).
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coderbara Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, Virtual Items, or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends and any unused Virtual Items are forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or the app store listing. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Türkiye.

Keycap Cats ("Oyun") uygulamasına hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Coderbara Tech ("biz", "bize", "bizim") tarafından sunulan Oyun'u kullanımınızı düzenler. Oyun'u indirerek, kurarak veya oynayarak bu Koşullar ile bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Oyun'u kullanmayınız.
Oyun'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (ya da ülkenizde gerekli olan asgari yaşta) olmalısınız. Oyun'u kullanmanızla bu şartı sağladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz.
Oyun'u sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara yüklemek ve yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmak için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
İlerlemenizi (biletler, kostümler, en yüksek puan) yedeklemek için isteğe bağlı olarak bir Google hesabı bağlayabilirsiniz. Hesap bilgilerinizi güvende tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı korumamanızdan kaynaklanan yetkisiz erişimden sorumlu değiliz.
Oyun, üçüncü taraf ağlarından (Google AdMob gibi) sağlanan reklamlar gösterebilir. Bazı reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır ve gönüllü olarak izlediğinizde Sanal Eşya kazandırır. Üçüncü taraf reklamlarının içeriği üzerinde kontrolümüz yoktur.
Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Oyun'daki orijinal içerik — kedi karakterleri, illüstrasyonlar, "Keycap Cats" markası ve logosu, kullanıcı arayüzü ve kaynak kodu — Coderbara Tech tarafından yaratılmıştır ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı iznimiz olmadan bu orijinal içerikleri çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz veya türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.
Oyun, üçüncü taraf varlıklarını ilgili lisansları altında kullanmaktadır (Luckiest Guy yazı tipi, SIL Open Font Lisansı altında; ses dosyaları Pixabay'den Pixabay İçerik Lisansı kapsamında).
Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin — ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya ihlal etmeme dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmadan — sunulmaktadır. Oyun'un kesintisiz, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Coderbara Tech; Oyun'u kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan, veri kaybı, Sanal Eşya kaybı veya ilerleme kaybı dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai zarardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz veya başka herhangi bir nedenle, bildirim yaparak veya yapmadan, herhangi bir zamanda Oyun'a erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine Oyun'u kullanma lisansınız sona erer ve kullanılmamış Sanal Eşyalar kaybedilir.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler Oyun aracılığıyla veya uygulama mağazası listemizde bildirilecektir. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Oyun'u kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardan kaynaklanan her türlü uyuşmazlık münhasıran Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
